I contacted FTG on a Monday morning after having no hot water for about a week. Gary showed up that afternoon and identified the problem right away, he was able to temporarily fix the issue before he left ensuring I had hot water until he could fix the problem properly. I had dealt with a few other local firms who came out to have a look and give me quotes but FTG was the only one who offered a solution that got me hot water again. I was then offered two options both with great prices (much better than the competition).

A new boiler fitted and radiators flushed and cleaned. Gary and Ben were very professional. They explained everything to me that they were doing and were clean and tidy and even phoned after they had finished seeing if everything was all okay. I would definitely recommend these people for any plumbing jobs.
